Can we use your name? - If you wish to remain anonymous you can choose to, however a link to your site will only be provided for people willing to share at least their first name. All submissions are verified through email.

Baghdad Bob’s Name - This is the name your nominated Baghdad Bob goes by. It may be a real name, a username, a newsgroup persona, a blogging handle, etc.

Link to Baghdad Bob’s picture - Optionally you can provide a URL for a picture you’d like used in the story. This can be an actual picture or even something you think will be amusing to go with the story.

Category - If you have a preferred category please signify it here, if you have a suggestion for a category, please add it to the Additional Information text box.

False Assertion(s) - Please tell us about your Baghdad Bob’s false claim(s). Quote exactly if possible, show web references, screen captures, anything that can be backed up as being attributed to your Baghdad Bob.
